    my dad is basically steve martin - he looks and behaves the same, has the same mannerisms, and he is totally into john candy - ie. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (still one of THE great films of my childhood alongside The Labyrinth, The Princess Bride, The Neverending Story, and The Land Before Time), Planes, Trains and Automobiles and so on
